Maintenance Technician (Claresholm)

Western Fine Meats is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our production facility in Claresholm. You will be a key player in ensuring our food processing equipment operates at peak efficiency. This role requires a blend of mechanical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to the high safety and sanitation standards required in a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on food processing machinery (conveyors, injectors, packaging machines, etc.).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures to minimize production downtime.
• Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery according to layout plans and blueprints.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify equipment improvements and efficiency gains.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and ensure all work complies with food safety (HACCP) and OHS regulations. ...
