Maintenance Technician

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at (2) of their properties in Chaska & Prior Lake. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience in residential maintenance, have experience with unit turns, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. This role is contract to hire (30-90 days before conversion).

This role will be working with (2) communities and 175+ affordable housing units combined.

Pay: $26 - $28/hour DOQ. 

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm.
