Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician supports building tenants needs, performs routine inspections, completes minor repairs, and coordinates with contractors as required. You may be required to work independently or part of a team and are expected to implement safe work methods, tools, and material for tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of diagnosing issues, completing hands‑on repairs, or expediting resolution when external trade support is required. A 5th Class Power Engineering certificate is not required , but working toward certification is a strong asset.
