Maintenance personnel are responsible for ensuring that amenities are operating at maximum efficiency.

You will be dealing with all manner of maintenance tasks ranging from painting through to plumbing and electrical.

What you will be doing: Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough clean-up of the painting or repair area.

Maintaining and storing equipment in a safe and orderly manner.
