Our client in Boone is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and able to solve problems which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Location: We have positions in Boone!**
**Pay Range: $17/hour + with experience**
**Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Working knowledge of HVAC
+ Knowledge of Plumbing, electrical, technology set up
+ Use of Power Tools
+ Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greet
+ Be able to service Hot Tubs
**What’s Needed?**
+ Must be able to multitask
+ Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
+ 3-5 years of related experience
+ Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated
