A Maintenance Technician at Bell Partners performs maintenance, repair, groundskeeping, and other interior and exterior duties for the community under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities may include painting, snow/ice removal, gutter cleaning, replacing filters, trash compactor, plumbing, light bulb replacement, A/C maintenance, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repair.
