TREK Development Group is a Pittsburgh- based real estate development firm specializing in building innovative and sustainable communities. Our mission is to Create Value, Enhance Lives and Strengthen Communities. TREK Development Group recognizes the benefits of a flexible work schedule to both the employee and the employer. After 90 days of employment, employees can opt in to flex their schedule to work four 10-hour shifts or Tuesday – Saturday each week.
