  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience 
  • Basic knowledge of machinery, mechanical systems, and electrical systems 
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment 
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals 
  • Strong math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
