Maintenance Technician

Gpac is working with, a well-established growing family-owned food manufacturer that has been providing high-quality, handcrafted products for 60 plus years is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Greater Boston area.

This role supports daily operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues, and responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime in a manufacturing environment.

Shift hours -  Monday through Thursday 2:30pm to 2:30am

Responsibilities:

•Conduct daily walkthroughs of production floor, facility interior/exterior, and roof to identify issues

•Respond promptly to equipment and facility breakdowns to reduce operational disruptions
