**Job Description**
This role performs high-level industrial maintenance technician duties in a fast-paced, fully automated manufacturing environment. You will focus on advanced electrical troubleshooting and support of PLCs, motors, conveyors, and plant systems to maximize production uptime and equipment reliability.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on a wide range of production equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on high-speed automated machinery.
+ Support PLC troubleshooting on automated equipment to quickly identify and resolve control-related issues.
+ Work with motors, conveyors, drives, gear boxes, and industrial control systems to maintain optimal performance.
