**Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician** **Job Description**
This role supports a high-volume bakery production facility by keeping equipment running safely and efficiently on 2nd shift. You will work as part of a small, skilled maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs on mechanical and electrical systems across the plant. The position focuses on maintaining ovens, conveyors, mixers, motors, gearboxes, and related production equipment in a clean, food-grade environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work on 2nd shift from approximately 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., supporting production operations with planned rotating Saturday shifts and very occasional Sunday work for major projects.
+ Collaborate with a team of four Maintenance Technicians on 2nd shift to keep all production equipment operating safely and reliably.
