Job Summary

This position performs general to intermediate level maintenance duties required for the facilities. The deliverable is a safe and high level of operation for all equipment functions.


Essential Functions

  • Ability to work overtime hours as needed on breakdowns and project work.

  • Ability to communicate in a positive way with a variety of personnel (management, office, contractors, factory, etc.)

  • Responsible for maintaining a high safety standard throughout the plant (preventative and predictive maintenance, repairs and improvements)

  • Ability to understand the principles and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic equipment within the factory (presses, shears, laser, overhead crane, electrical systems, air lines, water lines, etc.)

  • Ability to perform the following processes: Welding (Mig., Stick), plasma cutting, and torch
