Job Description
- To ensure adherence to quality standards and adherence to HSE and safety regulation.
- To ensure and maintain good 5S practice in work place and maintenance workshop.
- To communicate efficiently among peers and superior by using the communication tools provided.
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrument, DC drive and PLC breakdowns.
- To maintain and monitor machine spare part inventory level.
- To improve downtime by abideing with MDT (Mean Down Time) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure).
- Execute maintenance duties as directed by engineer/manager.
- Fast respond during emergency and breakdown of machines.
- Communicate with the shift leaders the status of parts, equipment and any other matters that might have an impact on their job through verbal and written means.
