Maintenance Technician (Full Time)

Join Altea as a Maintenance Technician who cares for the health, safety, and operational excellence of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks using computerized maintenance management software.
  • Respond to work orders, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with Joint Health & Safety to maintain compliance.
  • Communicate with staff and guests regarding service disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment, inspections, and pool chemical checks.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school training is a plus.
  • 3+ years of facility operations experience in plumbing, HVAC or electrical.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, multimeter, and ammeter.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
