Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze machine/equipment malfunctions, make corrections/repairs per safety and coded regulations. Document all repairs and changes.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines to maintain safety and increase up time.

  • Review spare parts needs and maintain stock necessary for 24-hour operation.

  • Train/educate teams on routine PM’s, routine troubleshooting, etc. on a day to day basis.

  • Assist team as required for process improvements, changes, etc.

  • Use mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and improve machines/equipment.

  • Ability to operate machines and assembly stations in absence of a production associate.

  • Maintain programs and backups for all stations.

  • Ability to focus during crisis or emergency situations
  • Compliance with all Internal and External Production Quality Management Systems
