Maintenance Team Lead

Up to £37.5K + overtime (up to double time)


RPS are working in conjunction with a global, tier 1 aeropace manufacturer who are looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to join them to oversee the Farnborough facilty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inspects plant and evaluates use of space and facilities.
  • Analyzes firms HVAC systems, computer network, lighting and other factors.
  • Plans, budgets and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and acquisitions.
  • Performs audits to support facility planning.
  • Acts as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies.
  • Manages subordinate supervisors in the Maintenance Department.
