STMicroelectronics in Malaysia seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of Technicians and Manufacturing Specialists in an assembly facility. You will oversee maintenance, PM/AM activities, optimize uptime, and define work instructions to standardize processes.

You will drive improvements, manage OEE/MTBF metrics, supervise budget and spare parts, and mentor staff to meet current and future business needs.
