About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Maules Creek Mine. In this broad ranging, varied role you will lead and coordinate Maintenance Execution teams ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently and cost effectively. Maules Creek Coal has a large fleet of Hitachi ultra class trucks and diggers supported by CAT ancillary plant.

This role is ideal for a front-line leader who fosters strong team performance and operational excellence.

This role is ideally residential, based in Gunnedah, NSW; however, applications from candidates seeking a DIDO arrangement may be considered.

• Coordinate shift and day maintenance teams to minimise operational disruptions caused by mechanical failures
