Maintenance Supervisor

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Improve equipment uptime by reducing technical downtime, addressing safety concerns, minimizing waste, and enhancing overall team performance.
• Provide technical consultation, analysis, and evaluation of automation systems, advanced manufacturing methods, and equipment-related issues.
• Manage maintenance inventory, including ordering, organizing, and issuing spare parts, with a focus on high‑value and critical components to ensure immediate repair availability.
• Lead and facilitate cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives within Maintenance.
• Act as a key technical resource to Maintenance and Production teams for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Develop and maintain work instructions to support TPM and Preventive Maintenance programs.
