About the role
Thiess are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Iron Bridge on an 8/6:7/7 roster (DS:NS), FIFO from Perth. Iron Bridge is owned by Fortescue and located near Marble Bar in the Pilbara region.
In this role, you will:
Daily supervision of onsite digger, loader and excavator maintenance personnel - including apprentices and subcontractors to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficientlyPlan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work resulting from breakdown or backlog as directed by the Maintenance SuperintendentAssist the planning team with resourcing and inventory requirements for short and long term plansLiaison with OEM's & suppliers to ensure adequate support is provided to site & issues are resolved including warranty claims in a timely mannerEnsure all work is completed as scheduled to Thiess quality and safety standards
