Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Job Description The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities. This role oversees daily maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, while strictly adhering to food safety regulations (GMPs, HACCP, SQF) and worker safety standards (OSHA). The ideal candidate will minimize equipment downtime, optimize production efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
