Maintenance Supervisor

Summary

Based in Vernon, California, the Maintenance Supervisor will perform essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the General Manager to meet customer specifications, including assisting other employees as needed.

Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Responsible for systematic and timely maintenance throughout the plant.
• Responsible for all general maintenance duties, including painting, cleaning, fixture/tooling fabrication, installing belts, bearings, chains, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining plant equipment, including preventative maintenance and new equipment installation.
• Responsible for maintaining available equipment uptime.
• Responsible for building maintenance as needed/required/directed.
• Responsible for the completion of instrument calibration and temperature surveys.
