Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to coordinate through technicians, the repair maintenance and/or installation of machinery, tools and equipment.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Prepares Preventive Maintenance Plans
- Manages the installation of production equipment, generating preventive maintenance for each equipment, including a replacement parts inventory plan.
- Responsible for Managing Staff Performance.
- Maintains operational equipment availability above the plant-level target.
- Implements TPM on critical plant equipment.
- Responsible for selecting, training, motivating, developing, and facilitating staff, maintaining interdepartmental harmony.
- Develops and maintains updated risk analyses (Machine Risk Assessment) for work stations and operations, and suggests and implements improvement actions.
