Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Position Purpose: In coordination with Project Management and Supervisors, the incumbent will be responsible for providing the day-to-day oversight of department staff, repairs and maintenance, as well as providing operational, commercial and personnel leadership to the plant shift repair and maintenance teams to maintain efficient and cost-effective facility operations while maintaining compliance with all Corporate and Regulatory environmental, health and safety rules and requirements. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Decision-making responsibility for all repairs and maintenance related to the Treatment Plant, equipment, and systems. Oversees/conducts the repairs and maintenance of the equipment related to the Treatment Plant and systems. Supervises/delegates/oversees facility's repair and maintenance teams and direct reports.
