Maintenance Supervisor


The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for providing safe, compliant, and reliable maintenance and operational support at terminal level in line with Shell internal standards, Operational Excellence (OE), and external regulatory requirements. The role delivers maintenance leadership, operational coverage, and project interface oversight, supporting the Terminal Manager to maintain Terminal in Control (TiC), asset integrity, and continuity of operations.


Responsibilities



  • HSSE Leadership

    1. Demonstrate strong and visible HSSE leadership at all times.

    2. Ensure full compliance with Shell Life Saving Rules, OE requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory standards.

    3. Act as incident commander or first‑line response leader during operational upsets and emergency situations.
