Overview

Salary R12,000 per month. Valid driver’s licence. Our client is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for a large complex near Rondebosch.

Responsibilities Be hands-on and skilled in maintenance duties such as painting, tiling, carpentry and minor plumbing Interact with residents with good people skills Be proactive in identifying matters that need attention and set priorities Assist with the scheduling of planned maintenance Obtain quotes for materials and minor works Participate in driver duties when required (driver’s licence held) Report to the Manager Qualifications Hands-on maintenance skills across painting, tiling, carpentry, and basic plumbing Valid driver’s licence Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents Proactive with the ability to identify issues and establish priorities Experience with scheduling maintenance and obtaining supplier quotes is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
