/Responsibilities
Maintenance Supervisor supervises the mechanics and electricians to efficiently operate distillery, bottling and packaging lines. Responsible for anticipating and communicating relevant issues to the Maintenance Manager.
Supports BTD operations in accomplishing the production needs within safety, quality, budgetary and regulatory guidelines by ensuring timely and efficient maintenance of all bottling line and related equipment. Plans and implements operational and mechanical improvements. Assesses, analyzes, troubleshoots and determines solutions to mechanical problems, to support productivity of Maintenance Teams. Contributes to the planning and evaluation of line changes. Provides direction to the installation and modification of equipment.Ensures adherence to applicable manufacturing standards.
