Responsibilities:
Supervising and leading maintenance staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning tasks to ensure timely completion of work
Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Inspecting facilities and equipmentto identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate repairs or upgrades.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes, maintaining a safe work environment.
Managing budgets and resources, including ordering and tracking maintenance supplies, equipment, and contractor services.
Coordinating with contractors and vendorsfor specialized repairs or installations.
Maintaining accurate recordsof maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
