Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise hiring, training and performance of Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as requested and maintain repair records.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program to ensure that maintenance schedules are met according to quality systems requirements.
• Maintain inventory and safety stock of spare parts.
• Coordinate general facility maintenance, including minor electrical repair, painting, furniture assembly and rearrangement of production lines.
• Report unsafe working conditions to management.
• Provide personal protective equipment to your work team.
• Ensure that your work team has and uses the personal protective equipment assigned to them.
• Has strong knowledge and expertise in matter of maintenance, electronic and mechanic maintenance.
• Knowledge of Electrical software.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Software as SolidWorks (Preferable).
