Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technicians and maintenance schedules
• Respond to repair and emergency requests
• Monitor service quality and turnaround time
• Prepare maintenance reports and cost summaries
• Coordinate with store managers and service teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations.
