Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Job Description We are looking to employ a maintenance supervisor with an outstanding knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance. A maintenance supervisor is expected to have fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will display natural leadership and possess fantastic communication skills with a great eye for detail.

The ideal maintenance supervisor responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing all leaks, plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues that arise.
• Resourceful but keep a well-stocked and very organized maintenance shop.
• Upbeat and can-do positive attitude with the ability to build and lead a small team.
• Prioritize, organize, complete and assign work orders to team and self.
• Must have a vehicle and all tools necessary to complete work.
• Provide training to coworkers and lead by example.
