Job Summary

The position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions throughout the facility. The supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance technicians (typically 8 to 10). This position reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Essential Functions

  • Downtime tracking and analysis.
  • Preventative maintenance tracking and analysis.
  • Education tracking and scheduling for Maintenance Technicians.
  • Perform audits (e.g., housekeeping, safety, lockout/tagout).
  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Time and attendance tracking for direct reports.

    • Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma.
  • Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) in Industrial Maintenance or a relevant field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • 2-5 years management experience.
