Electrical Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – St James's Park, London – Up to £57,000 per annum
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FM service provider delivering maintenance services within a prestigious and iconic Central London property near St James's Park. The building combines architectural significance with modern operational requirements, creating a diverse and fast-paced environment that supports a range of occupiers and stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all electrical maintenance across the site. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, statutory compliance, and electrical safety are delivered to the highest standards.
