Job Description
Our client, market leader in the automotive manufacturing sector is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor, based close to La Mercy. The purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor is to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure optimal availability, reliability, and safe operation of plant, equipment, and facilities, while leading the maintenance team to support uninterrupted production and operational efficiency.
Educational Requirement & Experience:
Matric (Grade 12)
Millwright/Electrical Trade Test
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering would be advantageous
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate Excel skills.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards
Proficient in generating and interpreting maintenance reports, including downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and equ...
