Maintenance Supervisor (Irapuato)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and Comply with the Maintenance Plans.
• Collaborating closely with production, manufacturing engineering and quality to develop and implement equipment and project specific preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure high accuracy and completeness of information (tasks, man-hours, parts, materials, spare parts) in maintenance plans.
• Coordinate and lead day to day Maintenance Blue Collar operators
• Plan and manage work schedules.
• Review maintenance plans to secure / confirm availability of manpower on site, and spare parts requirements.
• Review vigente labour, and spares expended versus the estimates in order to determine corrective measures needed to improve accuracy and quality of work.
