Job Description
Lead maintenance activities as a Supervisor in Elk Valley, British Columbia. Oversee trades management, scheduling, and continuous improvement in this 4 days on, 4 days off role.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Superintendent, Maintenance, ensuring that company standards are upheld while managing daily operations. This role demands at least five years of experience in mining maintenance and reliability, focusing on quality repair and equipment availability. You will also supervise staff and contractors, improving work performance and efficiency.
