Maintenance Supervisor II

Resumen

Plan, organize and direct maintenance activities for the plant to meet established plant objectives. Serve as a teacher, coach and advisor to facilitate teamwork and continued employee development.

Responsibilities

• Daily record maintenance calls, make work assignments for all maintenance personnel.
• Complete preventative maintenance activities in accordance with agreed upon goals. Complete service request within agreed upon deadlines.
• Provide complete and clear instructions when giving work assignments. Assure tools and equipment are in proper working order, and responsible for security of departmental equipment.
• Take corrective action and remedy substandard performance and deviation from Company policies and procedures occurring within the department.
• Communicate to employees regarding standards and expectations, quality and quantity of work performed.
