MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR I

Summary You will serve as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR I in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. This position is being recruited for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) and may subsequently be realigned under the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). Responsibilities You will directly supervise a group of non-supervisory employees by planning, assigning, estimating, scheduling, directing work, and training subordinates. You will recommend or initiate personnel actions, training classes, enforce disciplinary and safety regulations and perform related administrative duties. You will direct accomplishments of work and supervise personnel on job sites to ensure compliance with schedules and completion of work within scope and allocated funds.
