Job Purpose

Maintain all equipment running and in optimal operating conditions through the planning, execution, supervision and control of maintenance programs, obtaining 100% availability and efficiency, in order to comply with production schedules in all operating lines. Ensure compliance with internal, client, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Allocate the necessary manpower resources to perform planned and unplanned preventive maintenance
• Monitor planned and unplanned preventive maintenance
• Supervise planned corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent production failures
• Monitor unplanned corrective maintenance
• Manage maintenance staff efficiently to reduce equipment downtime, ensuring operation of production lines
