Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent- Field, you will be responsible for:

  • The safe completion of planned field maintenance activities across the Open Cut mining fleet.

  • Managing breakdown response and unplanned maintenance activities across the Open Cut mining fleet. 

  • Providing Maintenance crews with clear objectives whilst meeting day-to-day maintenance targets while fostering a positive safety & team culture and high-performance work environment.

  • Ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with site and OEM standards.

    Essential Criteria:

  • A nationally recognised trade qualification.

  • Proven leadership ability with a very strong commitment to safety.
