Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Enforce all BRP (LOTO) policies and administer disciplinary measures when necessary.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and provide safety training as needed to ensure a safe work environment.
• Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Monitor departmental KPIs focused on continuous improvement.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of automated conveyor systems Hydropneumatic presses Fluid filling processes Fuel supply and dispensing systems Overhead crane systems Hoists
