Job Description
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance staff.
- Develop the maintenance program for preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting equipment failures and create an action plan.
- Create and implement analysis to minimize breakdown and repairs.
- Lead the execution of failure analysis using the company´s methods.
- Train new maintenance employees and implement maintenance processes and procedures.
- Create a work environment with safety and health.
- Record and track daily / weekly equipment downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics and/or automation is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Ability to manage maintenance technicians.
- Good problems solving skills and results oriented.
