We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in supporting production equipment, robotic cells, and facility systems. This role involves ensuring maximum equipment uptime, driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and leading a team of technicians across shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians across shifts, ensuring adequate coverage for production support.
+ Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts on production equipment, including robotic cells, presses, vision systems, laser welding, electrical, pneumatics, sensors, and automated systems.
+ Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.
+ Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to prioritize maintenance activities based on plant needs.
