Responsibilities

  • Monitor equipment performance through data analysis, identify recurring failures and potential reliability issues

  • Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with maintenance goals

  • Implementing corrective actions to address identified reliability problems

  • Conducting root cause analysis to prevent future equipment failures

  • Establishes overall maintenance goals and general actions plans to achieve goals within budget

  • Evaluate job priorities, plans and organize maintenance work.

  • Responsible for maintenance programs such as lubrication, predictive analysis, basic care

  • Responsible for Shutdown preparation and execution of maintenance
