What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee a team of maintenance technicians and cleaners.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure all equipment, facilities, and systems are in good working order.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and report on the performance and efficiency of the maintenance team.
- Identify and address any safety or compliance issues within the facility.

What we're looking for
