What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee a team of maintenance technicians and cleaners.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Ensure all equipment, facilities, and systems are in good working order.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and efficiency of the maintenance team.
  • Identify and address any safety or compliance issues within the facility.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless and efficient work environment.

What we're looking for
