About the Role: 

Lead general repairs and upkeep across apartments and common areas – including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting as Maintenance Supervisor at UniLodge @ Shafston.

In this role, you will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will work alongside all stakeholders to maintain a safe, well-maintained, and efficiently run property.
