Based at our Balmain Shipyard your leadership qualities will be needed in managing our team to ensure we meet and improve vessel availability and reliability.

As the Maintenance Supervisor/Production Manager you will ensure that the maintenance schedule is executed as planned, seek ways to improve maintenance requirement as well as ensuring costs are effectively managed for every project. 

Your effective communication and stakeholder management skills will see you lead and mentor our trades staff in the yard and break down any barriers that may affect the efficiency of the team. You will promote a high-performance culture through the promotion of innovative systems and work practices in your team.
