Responsibilities
:Monitors and evaluates the shop facility in a safe, efficient, timely, cost effective and practical manner
Continually research new technology relating to the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty vehicles
Schedule and assign work
Manage manpower to ensure peak workload times are covered
Audit work orders
Actively monitors work habits and strive to increase productivity
Assist with development and monitoring of paperless environment, include Bar Coding
Maintain a high level of housekeeping
Recommend and actively train all employees with the goal of improving their knowledge

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Work closely with the parts manager and shop manager to ensure a timely repair of equipment
