- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Perform hands‑on general repairs, including simple carpentry such as furniture repair and fixture installation.
- Carry out basic electrical works, such as replacing sockets and light bulbs and checking minor electrical issues.
- Handle minor plumbing tasks, including clearing clogs and fixing small leaks.
- Perform painting touch‑ups and minor wall repairs when needed.
- Conduct regular checks of rooms, furniture, and fixtures to spot issues early.
- Complete repair and maintenance work on time and to a good standard.
