Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the mechanical, electrical, and facility operations in the processing plant . They are primarily responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, enforcing strict food safety and regulatory compliance (e.g., USDA, OSHA) while minimizing production downtime. This position will pay in the range of $75k/year based on experience. This person must have manufacturing maintenance experience and be available to work the night shift.

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals.
• Assign work orders and ensure completion of repairs.
• Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
• Recognize and reward Technicians, while counseling performance issues.
